Hi, I'm Rhiannon.
I've spent 15 years inside organisations, across government, SaaS, publishing, consulting and defence, working on genuinely complex, high-stakes projects. I've managed teams, led transformations, coached leaders, and supported people at every stage of their careers.
What I've learned is that most people aren't held back by a lack of skill or intelligence. They're held back by a lack of clarity. Unclear on what they want. Unsure how to get there. Without someone in their corner who will be honest with them, back them fully, and help them actually move forward.
That's what I do.
My coaching is direct, practical and personal. I draw on everything I've learned working in real organisations, not coaching theory in a vacuum, and I focus on what will genuinely make a difference for you.
I particularly love working with women in tech and in leadership, because I know how that space feels from the inside. I've been the only woman in the room. I've sat on panels and spoken up so others feel they can too. I mentor young women through The Girls' Network because I believe the conversations we have with the next generation matter deeply.
There is no greater feeling than when you're helping someone unlock their potential.
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me walking my dog along the beach. Living on the coast means I get to finish the day with some fresh sea air and a clear head, which, honestly, is non-negotiable.
Four things you can count on.
Honest
No fluff. No generic advice. Straight-talking support you can actually use.
Practical
Real-world experience, not just frameworks. I've been in the situations I coach people through.
Consistent
I show up, I follow through, and I hold you to the commitments you make to yourself.
Human
This is about you, not a process. I meet people where they are.
Qualified, and always learning.
Professional certifications from Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance, alongside 15 years of hands-on delivery and leadership experience.
