Rhiannon was the driving force behind our product team's growth and improvement. As our agile practitioner, she brought determination, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping us work smarter. She constantly sought opportunities to refine our processes, encouraged a culture of learning, and created an environment where the whole team could thrive. Working with her was not only productive but truly enjoyable, and her ability to lift the people around her is something every team should experience. Rhiannon is a true asset that I will miss working with and anyone who has the opportunity to collaborate with her will quickly see the positive impact she makes.

I worked with Rhiannon on the department's transformation project. While she brought numerous skills to the team (ownership, creativity, collaboration, communication, patience and resourcefulness to name a few), the biggest impact she made on me personally was the ideation sessions we had. Discussing challenges, brainstorming ideas, navigating solutions and then deploying them. It was a pleasure to work with Rhiannon and her impact has been truly missed.
