Someone in your corner as you find your way.
Mentoring is some of the most rewarding work I do. I mentor young women through The Girls' Network, and I love helping people earlier in their journey find their feet, build confidence and work out what they want next. It's less structured than coaching and more about sharing what I've learned from 15 years in the industry, honestly and without judgement.
Mentoring tends to suit you if:
- You're early in your career or moving into tech and delivery
- You want guidance from someone who has walked the path
- You'd value a sounding board more than a formal programme
- You're a woman in tech looking for someone who gets it
Your first two mentoring sessions are free. I want to give back, and that's the best way I know how. If you'd like to keep going after that, further sessions are £75 each, kept deliberately affordable.
